| 摘 要： | 校园文化建设是高等院校的无形资产,是学校发展凝聚力的核心和内驱力。但民办高等院校在校园文化建设中,普遍存在着师生对于校园文化建设的认同感和归属感不强的状况,本文试图从民办高校校园文化建设的现状和原因的角度,探讨解决该问题的对策和措施。
