| 摘 要： | 进入知识经济时代,高等教育作为人才培养基地和知识生产、创新、传播、整合与转化基地,与区域社会之间的关系越来越密切。区域经济发展和区域文化建设需要高等教育的智力支持,而高等教育发展有赖于区域经济和区域文化的哺育和滋养。借鉴国外经验,结合国内实际,建立中国高等教育与区域社会发展的良性互动机制,是高等教育发展的必然逻辑,是建设学习型社会、终身教育体系的实际需要。
