| 摘 要： | 体育发展程度评价指标是衡量和监测体育发展数量关系的一把尺子,是研究体育发展各要素的现状、发展趋势和发现各种问题的一种量化手段。文章通过特尔斐法和实证研究,发放3轮专家调查表和2轮基层调查表,初步构建出了甘肃省县级体育现代化发展程度27项具体评价指标,并对其内涵和设计原则加以详述,以利于科学反映县级体育各个组成部分的实际状况,评价改革进程。

| Abstract: | Evaluation indices of sport development is a means which measure its quantity relation, research the presentcondition and development trend of sport main factor and discover kinds of problem. By the method of three expertinvestigating inquisition and two countiesinvestigating inquisition, thispaper offers27 item evaluation indices of countysport modernization development in Gansu province and detailed illustratesitsmeaning and designing principle, in orderto evaluate reforming degree and accurate reflect each part of county classsport. |
