| 摘 要： | 桑椹中红色素的浸提一般用盐酸体系,产率较低.笔者采用柠檬酸体系,减少了产品中氯离子的含量,且得到较高产率.本文讨论了温度,物料比,浸取时间,对产率的影响,得出桑椹红色素的最佳浸提方案,并初步确定其使用范围。
