| 摘 要： | 创业资本作为一种新型的融资制度 ,虽然总量占GDP的比重微不足道 ,但它在经济发展过程中却发挥着极其重要的作用。创业资本对经济增长的影响是间接的 ,它一方面通过一个有效的作用传导媒介———技术创新实现了对经济增长的影响 ,另一方面它通过创业资本市场有效地降低了风险、提高了创业资本的流动性 ,从而达到有效配置资源 ,加速技术创新的速度 ,进而放大了对经济增长的促进作用

| Abstract: | Venture capital is a new financial system and has played an important role in economic growth, even though the gross accounting for GDP is small. It has an indirect impact upon economic growth. On the one hand, it may intermediate the technological innovation, and on the other decrease the risks through venture capital market, pomote the circulation, which would properly configure the rescourses, speed technological innovation and thus faciliate economic growth. |
