摘    要:当前高师院校在教师职前教育中存在缺乏教师职前教育人才培养规格和质量的评估体系,办学指导思想不够明确,需要重新构建教师职前教育目标等问题,针对这些问题高师院校应汲取国际教师教育发展的经验,在教师职前教育与职后教育的结合、人才培养目标的确定、建立相应的评估制度等方面进行改革。

Abstract:In pre-occupational education of teachers in high normal schools, there is not an assessment system about the talent trainining standards and quality, the guiding ideas for running schools are not clear-cut, and new aims for pre-occupational education are required. So high normal schools should draw some relevant international experience and make reforms in combining pre-occupational education of teachers with post-occupational educa-tion of teacher, in defining talent training aims and in building a relevant assessment system.
