| 摘 要： | 从理论出发,运用运动心理学的有关知识,阐述了暗示训练的概念、作用和依据;坚定的意志品质、稳定的情绪对罚篮的命中率有决定性作用;同时从暗示训练心理因素、训练方法、训练实施步骤出发;提出了提高罚篮命中率的一些对策。

| Abstract: | The research expounded the concept,functions and basis of self-suggestion training by using the related knowledge of sports psychology theoretically.Strong will and emotional stability play a decisive role in FT.It also puts forward some strategies on improving Hit Rate of FT from the aspects of psychological factors of self-suggestion training,the training methods and training implementing steps. |
