| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法，从管理体系、竞赛训练体制、队伍规模、资金来源等方面对美国大中学篮球发展现状进行探讨。结果表明：美国大中学篮球实行多个协会自主管理的体制，竞赛训练与学校教育紧密结合，参赛学生多达180万人，资金来源多元化。对我国篮球发展的启示是：大力发展大中学篮球，构建中学篮球竞赛训练体系，学校加大对篮球的投入。
