| 摘 要： | 自然经济和计划经济往往是排斥民主与法治的.商品经济为民主与法治的产生和发展提供了可能,商品经济愈是发达,其民主与法治化程度愈高.国有企业更多地依赖于计划经济,而不适应于市场经济.我国为了实现民主与法治化社会这一目标,就必须建立健全市场经济体制.国有企业退出大量竞争性领域的产业,乃是国企改革的唯一出路.

| Abstract: | The natural economy and the planned economy are apt to repel democracy and legal system.But the consumer economy made it possible for te appearance and development of democracy and legal system.The more the former develops,the higher the degree of the latter will be.The state-run enterprises depend more on the planned economy and don't quite fit for the market economy.In order to realize the goal of a democratic society of legal system we must establish a healthy system of market economy.That the state-run enterprises quit the competitive industries is the only way out for the state-run enterprises. |
