| 摘 要： | 为了更加明晰我国高职人才培养目标内涵,更好地发挥人才培养目标的主导作用,通过分析影响德国职业人才素质变化的成因,以及"双元制"教育培养目标的内涵,在分析我国高职培养目标调整演变的基础上,通过借鉴"双元制"教育模式培养目标要求,对我国高职人才培养目标的人才根本特征、培养方向、培养规格和业务培养要求等方面的内涵进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In order to better understand the training objective connotation of higher vocational talents and play the leading role of talents training objective, by analyzing the causes of influencing G erm an professional talents quality change, and connotation of dual system training goal, based on analyzing the developm ent and evolution of Chinese higher vocational cultivation objective, draw ing on the training objective and requirem ent of dual system education m ode, it further discusses fundam ental characteristics, training orientation, training specifications and business training requirem ents of our higher vocational talents training. |
