| 摘 要： | 目前,西方发达国家银行全能化趋势日益增强,混业经营已成为当前国际金融业的主导趋向。中国实行金融业混业经营将是必然趋势,届时,银行、证券和保险业的壁垒将逐渐被打破,现有的金融机构格局和金融运行规则都将发生重大变化。文章通过分析金融业混业经营趋势及动因,以探讨混业经营趋势下中国城市商业银行生存和发展的空间。

| Abstract: | Currently,the banks in the developed countries have the trend of omnipotence and the mixed-operation becomes the main orientation of the current international finance.Therefore the banks in china have to follow the trend.In that case,the bulwark among banks,negotiable securities and insurance will be broke down and the present financial institutional structure as well as the rules of operation will change greatly.Analyzing the trend and pushing power of the mixed-operation,the paper tries to discuss the way of survival and development of China's city commerce banks. |
