摘    要:为从综合交通运输网络的整体和定量分析角度对港口集疏运系统进行研究,运用Emme和Stan相结合的方法,通过分析温州港集疏运系统、建造疏港铁路专线的经济和系统效益等问题,以区域综合运输系统优化为指导,建立基于广义费用的多货种、多方式的港口集疏运网络平衡优化模型,对温州状元岙港区集疏运网络系统进行优化.结果表明,该方法具有优越的适用性,可为政府的规划决策提供重要依据.

Abstract:In order to research the port collecting and distribution system from the point of integrated transportation network as a whole and quantitative analysis, the port collecting and distribution system of Wenzhou and the economic benefits of the railway line construction are analyzed by using the methods which combine Emme and Stan. The multi product and multi modal network balanced optimization model of the port collecting and distribution system based on the generalized cost is built by taking the regional integrated transportation system optimization as a guide. The collecting and distribution network system of Zhuangyuanao port in Wenzhou is optimized. The result shows that the method has applicability and provides important reference for planning decisions of the government.
