| 摘 要： | 明朝建国初期，明太祖朱元璋在遵奉“武治祸乱，至太平”原则的基础上，设国子监，大力发展教育事业，培养人才。为使所培养的人才具有较高的素质为其统治阶级, 在国子监中，设监规制度，对师生的品德、言行、纪律、学习等各方面做了详尽的规定，从而规范了古代封建教育管理体制。但到明宣统以后，由于考核体制宽松、俸禄降低、赋税繁重，致使教育质量迅速下降，国子监的教师与监生流失严重，监规制度遭到破坏。

| Abstract: | Zhu Yuanzhang established the Imperial College to develop education and cultivate his people.He made various regulations on morality?speech?action and study in order to train high qualified persons for the ruling class.But from Xuan Tong's period the educational quality came down rapidly because of the loose assessment system and low salary.The teachers and the students became fewer and fewer,and the regulations were also destroyed. |
