| Abstract: | Firstly, this paper discusses the relations between knowledge economy and information industry,:iroposes that information industry should be developed prior. Then,based on the research results, analyses the present situations of information industry in Shanxi Province from macrocosm and microcosm aspects, discovers the problems that exist in the information industry development seriously. on the basis of analysis, draws and elaborates the plan that uses the knowledge networks to develop the information industry. |
