| 摘 要： | 本文从依法治国概念的限定及宪法与依法治国的关系的探讨入手，对宪法在依法治国中的地位，作了较充分的阐释。文中认为，要实现依法治国的方略，必须树立宪法的权威，尽而提出了确立宪法权威的对策。
