| 摘 要： | 民办高等教育产生与发展在我国经历了二十多年的实践探索,其建设与管理等方面已经取得了一定的经验,然而民办高等教育的飞速发展与我国对民办高校的管理制度之间目前还存在着某种程度的不相适应,在发展过程中带来了一系列问题,面临着许多新的挑战。
