淀粉与苯乙烯悬浮接枝共聚的研究

摘    要:研究了淀粉与苯乙烯在Ce^4+ — S2O8^2-复合引发剂存在下的悬浮接枝共聚,并用红外光谱证实了接枝产物,讨论了淀粉预处理方式、反应温度、引发剂浓度、淀粉与苯乙烯配比等因素对单体转化率、接枝率、接枝效率的影响,结果表明,通过悬浮接枝聚合,产物保持原淀粉的颗粒状,后处理简单,最高接枝率可达47.4%,接枝效率可达78.0%。

Abstract:The suspension graft copolymerization between styrene and corn starch was investigated by using Ce~(4+)-S_2O~(2-)_8 as initiator.The easy method of the graft copolymerization was found.The FTIR results testify the graft copolymers.Effects on the conversion degree of monomer,the grafting percentage and the grafting efficiency were discussed,including the method of pretreating starch,the reacting temperature,the initiator concentration,and the ratio of starch/styrene.The results show that the maximum grafting percentage was 47.4%,and the grafting efficiency was 78.0%.
