| 摘 要： | 发展是一个常识 ,人类社会总是向前发展。工业革命大大加快了人类社会发展的速度 ,但同时也带来了许多问题 ,尤其 2 0世纪 6 0、70年代后 ,全球处于发展的危机之中 ,于是新发展观应运而生。中国在2 0多年的改革开放过程中 ,经济高速增长 ,成就举世瞩目 ,但同时也产生了很多严峻的政治、经济和社会矛盾与问题 ,从正反两方面催生了中国特色的新发展观

| Abstract: | Development is a common sense among people. While industrial revolution accelerates the development of human society, it also brought about some problems. New developmental views were created in the crisis of development. China has made great achievements in the past over 20 years, but at the same time some serious political, economical and social problems have presented themselves. New developmental views with Chinese characteristics come into being thought the positive and negative situations. |
