| 摘 要： | 教师是实现基础教育公平的关键因素。继续教育是提高农村中小学教师素质的重要举措,也是实现基础教育公平的重要手段。目前农村中小学教师的继续教育并不尽如人意,采取积极措施切实加强农村中小学教师继续教育、提高继续教育质量是缩小城乡差距、实现基础教育公平的当务之急。

| Abstract: | Teachers are the key factors for the realization of basic education equality. Continuing education is an important waye to improve the teachers＇ qualifies in rural primary and secondary schools as well as an important means to realize the basic education equality. However, the ctmnt continuing education of rural primary and secondary school teachers is not satisfying. Therefore,proper measures should be taken to improve their continuing education since it is very urgent to shorten the distance between urban and mrual areas and realize the basic education equality. |
