| 摘 要： | 教师专业化成为世界教师教育改革、发展的趋势和潮流,现代教师教育发展要求教师成为一种职业,每种职业在不同专业领域有不同的发展途径。学前教育专业的教师由于培养对象的特殊性,其发展途径离不开学校的培养和自身的努力,更离不开幼儿园的实践教学。
