历史学专业训练中的师生角色与关系刍议

摘    要:历史学专业训练是为了培养未来能够独立从事史学研究的学者,故而其教学主要围绕史学方法、能力、素质的培养,与一般知识的传授和学习不同,教师要介入到学生学习的过程中,帮助学生确立其主体性。在专业训练过程中,学生要从被动转化为主动,从对教师的依赖和从属关系中解放出来,养成独立思考的习惯。教师要帮助学生发挥其主动性,进行创造性的教学,介入学生的认知发展过程中去。在当下日新月异的环境中,师生角色与关系要实现转变,师生要在继承传统的基础上批判性地创新,赋予传统新的生命,共同推动学术的发展和进步。

Abstract:The academic training of history major in universities aims to cultivate researchers who can be engaged in the study of history independently in the future. Therefore, this study believed that it is critical for teachers to focus on the cultivation of methods, abilities and qualities, and to involve in the learning process of students to help establish their subjectivity. To establish the subjectivity, students are required to change their role in the process from passive learning to autonomous learning while teachers creatively assisting in developing students’ initiative study, and engaging in the process of students’ cognitive development. It is essential for teachers and students to transform roles and interact with each other to critically innovate teaching and learning to jointly promote the academic development and progress in historical research.
