| 摘 要： | 在全面分析传统体育与中华优秀文化产生和发展的历史背景基础上，对中华优秀传统体育文化的演进与特征进行了阐述，并就其未来发展做出了展望。研究认为：中华优秀传统体育文化是由中华各民族创造并经过长期传承发展而形成的具有展现民族特色、体现时代价值的身体运动文化；其形成和演进有着其相应的政治、地理和文化等历史人文背景。作为东方民族的一种优秀文化形态，它是中华传统体育实践的精华凝练，并在发展过程中形成了天人合一、身心并育和体用一元等一系列独特的文化特征。中华优秀传统体育文化是在不断发展的过程中走向未来的，这一过程既有继承，亦有转型，而转型则是为了更好地继承。因为唯有如此，才能使具有几千年历史的中华优秀传统体育文化朝气蓬勃地迈向未来。

| Abstract: | Based on a comprehensive analysis of the historical background of the emergence and development of the elite traditional Chinese sports and elite culture, this paper expatiated on its history, characteristics and future. It was shown that the elite traditional Chinese sports culture was a kind of body movement culture which was created by all the Chinese nationalities and had been passed on for a long time. It had its own political, geographical and cultural background. As an elite cultural form of the oriental nations, it was the essence of the traditional Chinese sports, and formed a series of unique cultural characteristics in the course of development, such as unity of man and nature, of body and mind, of nature and its outward manifestation. The elite traditional Chinese sports culture will be further develop through inheritance and transformation. |
