摘    要:人工智能技术应用将会带来制造业变革,人工智能政策对制造业就业的影响有待考证。在对人工智能政策量化的基础上,研究人工智能政策对制造业就业的影响,并分类探讨我国内地各省市的人工智能政策效应。研究发现,人工智能政策对制造业就业的影响正逐渐显露,较早颁布区域性人工智能政策的省市,人工智能政策对制造业就业的影响也较大,市场拉动型人工智能政策较其它类型政策的效应明显,科技经费投入和制造业就业显著负相关。

A Study of the Impact of Artificial Intelligence Policy on Manufacturing Employment Based on Policy Quantification
Abstract:The application of artificial intelligence technology will bring changes to manufacturing industry, and the impact of artificial intelligence policies on manufacturing employment is yet to be verified. Based on policy quantification, this paper analyzes the impact brought by artificial intelligence policy, and it explores the effects of artificial intelligence policies of different provinces and cities by classifying them into different groups. The results show that the impact of artificial intelligence policy on manufacturing employment is becoming apparent; the earlier the provinces and cities that promulgated regional artificial intelligence, the greater the impact of artificial intelligence policies on manufacturing employment; the effect of market-driven artificial intelligence policy is more obvious than other polices; there is a significant negative correlation between science and technology investmentand and manufacturing employment.
