摘    要:通过界定文化创意产业范畴中“文化科技”的词义,以文化科技融合与文化科技协同为理论根基,采用数据分析法及典型案例分析法考察上海文化科技企业发展现状,解析上海文化科技产业发展特征与趋势。研究表明:当下上海文化科技行业强弱不一,互联网等相关关键行业有待成长,产业结构呈现三级圈层布局,政策与制度优势难以凸显、巨头企业缺失、文化科技创新氛围不足是其发展的三大瓶颈。为促进上海文化科技一体化发展,提出从制度建设、生态建设、金融建设三维度助力上海文化科技企业优化发展,向科技创新驱动的3.0增长阶段迈进。

Circle Distribution and Development Path of Shanghai Culture and Technology Enterprises
Abstract:By defining the meaning of " culture and technology " in the category of cultural and creative industries, based on the theory foundation of culture and technology integration and culture and technology synergy, this paper investigates the present development situation of Shanghai culture and technology enterprises by using the data analysis method and the typical case analysis method, and analyzes the characteristics and trends of Shanghai culture and technology industries. The research shows that: currently, the strength of Shanghai''s culture and technology industries varies, the Internet and other related key industries need to grow, and the industrial structure presents a three-tier layout, it is difficult to highlight the advantages of policy and system, the lack of giant enterprises, and the lack of scientific and technological innovation atmosphere are the three bottlenecks of its development. In order to promote the integration of culture and technology in Shanghai, the paper puts forward that the three-dimensional degree of system construction, ecological construction and financial construction can help Shanghai culture and technology enterprises to optimize their development, and move forward to the growth stage of science and technology innovation drive 3.0 in Shanghai.
