| 摘 要： | “需求分析”是软件工程的一个术语。“知道要做什么”就是常说的“需求分析”。创新意识是指人们积极探究的心理取向，是人类意识中积极的富有成果性的意识形式。本文从认真钻研教材，寻找“需求分析”切入点、加强社会实践，做好“需求分析”的准备、课堂探索新知，深植“需求分析”的理念三个方面，以《鱼鳞刨》一课为例，阐述了教师应该怎样注重“需求分析”，达到培养学生创新意识的一些具体做法。
