| 摘 要： | 对本世纪 ８０年代中期兴起并紧密结合现代科学技术进步的一个新兴领域－智能运输进行了综述，首先阐述了智能运输的基本概念及其在国内外的发展概况，大量的研究文献说明智能运输是交通运输的一个革命性的变革，是建立城市交通集成控制系统的关键，将主宰人们２１世纪的生活和工作．文中还指出在智能运输研究中面临的问题，并对智能运输的进一步发展进行了展望．对开展智能运输的研究将具有启迪作用和现实意义．

| Abstract: | The intelligent transport system (ITS) is a new risen domain, which is tightly combined with modem science technology and sprang up in 1980' s. This paper summarizs the ITS and presents some basic concepts and the development of it. A lot of research literatures show that ITS is a revolutionary reform of traffic trans- port and the key to establishing the city traffic integrated control system and will dominate the future life or work of people. Some problems that face the ITS and the prospect of the development are proposed in this article. |
