| 摘 要： | 对于封建专制传统积淀深厚、国家规模超大、现代化进程属于后发外生型的当代中国来说,建设和发展以民主法治人权为核心的现代政治文明的任务甚为艰巨。其中,政制发展是核心和关键。政制发展不仅是当代中国政治发展的重要内容,而且是其现实诉求和动力源泉。当代中国政治发展的优选之路就是从制度建设入手,在理性渐进的政制改革中探索和开辟前进的道路,不断完善和发展中国特色社会主义政制,充分发挥和彰显社会主义制度的先进性和优越性。
