| 摘 要： | 通过PCR的方法,扩增了松江鲈Myostatin基因的内含子1和内含子2片段,测序后发现长度分别为325bp和835bp,具有典型的GT-AG序列特征,在内含子2中存在一个（AC）14的微卫星序列.通过线粒体控制区部分片段测序,对来自长江、丹东和葫芦岛三个地理群体的松江鲈线粒体D-loop序列分析,未发现它们之间存在特征性的序列差异,可能是三个地理群体松江鲈的分隔时间短.
