| Abstract: | The teaching-quality assessing system of higher education under the popular conditions consists of numerous aspects, viewpoints and three-dimensions, and currently the developmental trend of this system is characterized by transforming from a singular three-dimension assessment to a multiple one, from stressing the subject standard itself to satisfying the learners' desire, and from an external-dominated assessment to a external-internal-combined one. |
