| 摘 要： | 提高物流运作效率、降低烟草流通成本，提高客户服务水平是提高烟草行业竞争力的核心。目前我国烟草行业存在物流设备陈旧、流转效率低、物流信息化程度低、物流专业人才缺乏等问题。构建面向客户、面向市场的现代物流模式，是烟草行业积极推进内部改革和企业结构调整的重要内容。提高我国烟草行业物流水平的主要有效措施是：加强烟草物流配送基础设施建设，提高物流资源利用率；应用3G系统，提高烟草物流配送的信息化水平；重视智力投资，搞好人才培养等。
