| 摘 要： | 本文先从职务犯罪的概念入手，讨论了职务犯罪的现状与原因。重点探讨了职务犯罪给政治带来的负面影响，职务犯罪使政治权威流失，损害党和政府的形象，职务犯罪破坏现代化进程，职务犯罪破坏社会主义的价值体系。
