Cu元素对Fe_3Al材料力学性能的影响

摘    要:通过铝热反应方法在10wt.%Ni的Fe3Al材料中添加不同量的合金元素Cu,随着Cu含量的增加,材料的平均晶粒尺寸呈现先增大后减小的趋势,含2wt.%Cu的材料的平均晶粒尺寸最小;随Cu含量的增大,材料的硬度呈现先增大后减小的趋势,加入4wt.%Cu时材料的硬度达到最大,材料的屈服强度呈现先减小后增大的趋势,Cu含量为4wt.%的Fe3Al屈服强度最小,Cu含量为6wt.%的Fe3Al屈服强度σ0.2最大,为1500Mpa。

Effect of Cu Element on the Mechanical Properties of Fe_3Al
Abstract:Fe3Al-Ni 10wt.% materials with different Cu element were prepared by thermit reaction. With the increasing ofthe content of Cu, grain size of Fe3Al materials increased first and then decreased. The grain size of material with 2wt. % Cu was the smallest and with the content of Cu increasing, the hardness increased first and then decreased and reached to its utmost hardness when being put into 4wt. % Cu. But the compressive yield strength of material decreased first and then increased with the content of Cu increasing and reaches the minimum value when the content of Cu in Fe3Al is 4 wt. % and maximum value of 1500 Mpa when the addition ofCu is6 wt.%.
