摘    要:责任素养是高职生的第一素养,有其特殊的存在方式和形成依据。从责任认知到责任情感、意志,直至最终形成责任行为,需要有专门的实践路径。公司与高职院校有着天然的联系,从组织架构、隐蔽课程、职业规范、岗位体验和绩效考核五方面构建基于公司制平台的高职生责任素质养成教育模式,是现代高职人才培养模式的创新实践。

Abstract:Responsibility quality, an essential element of vocational college students, needs a professional way to be cultivated in the perspectives of responsibility cognition, responsibility emotion, will and responsible behaviors. It requires a close link of corporate entities and vocational colleges. This article proposes that a corporate-based platform can be established in the areas of organizations, implicit courses, professional standardization, pot experience and performance evaluation to train students' sense of responsibility for quality professionals.
