| 摘 要： | 运用数字技术处理得到的仿真复制件,代替原件进行归档,有悖于现有的档案管理体系之规范。赋予仿真复制件在档案资源建设中的合法地位,促进档案管理与社会协调发展,对档案信息资源建设具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Simulated copies of the original for filing through digital processing technology go against the existing norms of the file management system. This study insists that conferring the legal status on the simulated copies helps the file resource construction and significantly promotes the coordinated development of archive management and society. |
