| 摘 要： | 工程的生命在于质量。造成工程质量问题虽然有主客观方面的因素,但核心是管理,根源是腐败。确保工程质量和安全是个系统工程,必须强化管理,根治腐败。既要大力宣传贯彻《建筑法》,提倡新时期职业道德,又要规范建筑市场,完善有关管理体制。

| Abstract: | Quality is the life of architectural engineering. The most important
thing is the management system. There are some subjective and objective factors in causing the poor quality of engineeing, but we can see the root is the corruption. In order to guarantee quality in architectural engineering, we must strengthen the management system, and eradicate the corruption. We should not only carry out the "Law of Architecture" and encourage the professional morality in the new era, but also standardize the realm of architecture and perfect its management system. |
