| 摘 要： | 教师是人类文明的传播者和建设者，对培养跨世纪的建设者和接班人起主导作用。大学师德建设是一项系统工程，是提高大学教师素质的重要内容，它有别于一般的社会道德，也有别于其他职业道德。我们建设有中国特色的社会主义，对各类人才提出更高的要求，而大学师德在这项伟大的工程中起到不可替代的作用。面对新事物、新观念、新问题不断涌现，我们应正确对待，在深刻理解大学师德建设的内涵及其重要性的基础上，针对比较突出的问题，运用科学的研究方法，探讨解决问题的途径。

| Abstract: | Being disseminators and builders of human civilization, teachers play a leading role in cultivating builders and successors of the new century. Ethics construction among university teachers is a systematic project. It is an important substance in enhancing university teachers' qualities , which differs from social ethics in general as well as other professional ethics. In the course of bulling socialism of Chinese characteristics, we make still greater demands on all sorts of personnel, and there is no substitute for ethics construction among university teachers. Faced with the constant emergence of new things, new ideas and new problems, we should adopt a correct attitude towards it. Only after we have a deeper understanding of the essence of ethics construction among university teachers and of the importance of it, can we focus on the striking problems and adopt scientific methods to solve them. |
