| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料,调查问卷,专家访谈和实地观察等研究方法,通过对目前高校体育教育现象的研究,认为高校体育仍受传统体育思想、内容和教学方法的影响与束缚,存在与现代人才培养模式不符的地方,为了适应二十一世纪市场的高速发展,培养与造就具有终身体育能力和习惯的复合型高级人才,高校体育教学应在内容和形式上有所改革。
