| 摘 要： | 有效课堂教学的基本要素是：良好的课堂教学氛围；素质全面的教师；学生在教学中的良好状态；科学、合理的教学内容；恰当的教学模式、方法和手段。有效课堂教学的基本评判标准是：预设性目标与生成性目标的统一；学生群体的共性发展与学生个体的差异性发展的统一；学生即时性发展与延时性发展的统一；学生发展与教师专业发展的统一。
