| 摘 要： | 目的了解大学新生乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染情况。方法对某大学2002-2004级大学新生进行了HBV感染状况研究。研究结果结果发现:HBV感染率12.70%;乙肝现患率为1.11%;19岁组学生感染发生率最高;HBV感染模式以145及135模式为主;现患者中以135模式最多。结论①本次调查的一组大学新生,HBV感染率处于较高水平.②对HBsAg阳性同时伴ALT增高的现患病人,应实行休学治疗管理,隔离控制传染源。③学校应对HBV感染学生集中居住管理,同时为他们做好卫生宣传和心理疏导.④保护易感人群,对所有易感者进行乙肝疫苗的全程免疫,阻断HBV在大学生中的传播,有效的降低乙肝患病率。

| Abstract: | Aim: To understand the infection status of HBV among university freshmen.Method: By investigating the infection status of HBV among the freshmen from a university during Year 2002-2004.Results: HBV infection is 12.70%,and the HBV affected rate is 1.11%.The highest infection rate occurred in the 19-year-old group.The infection patterns are mainly Pattern 145 and 135.The most common pattern among sufferers is Pattern 135.Conclusion: 1).The infection rate is at a relatively high level for a group of students investigated in this study;2).The university should suspend and quarantine the patients with positive HBsAg and increasing ALT,in order to control the infection source;3).The university should centralize the HBV patients and at the same time provide them with health education and counseling.4).Protect sensitive population and provide immunity of HBV vaccine,interdict the transmission of HBV among university students and hence decrease the infection rate. |
