摘    要:采用分室根箱模拟根际微域环境,通过测定土壤中氧化还原酶活性的变化,研究了甲磺隆对小麦根际与非根际土壤酶活性的影响,以期为了解甲磺隆对田间土壤环境质量的影响提供理论依据.结果表明:甲磺隆处理土壤中过氧化氢酶、脱氢酶和多酚氧化酶等氧化还原酶活性均呈下降趋势,同时根际土壤中氧化还原酶活性高于相应非根际土壤.酶活性的根际效应明显.

Abstract:The effects of metsulfuron-methyl on redox enzyme activities in wheat rhizospheric and non-rhizospheric soil were investigated by using a rhizobx simulating rhizosphere environment. The object of this study was to provide fundamental basis for the influence of metsulfuron-methy on filed soil. It was found that the activities of catalase, polyphenol oxidase and dehydrogenase all led a decrease in the contaminated soil and suffered the toxicity of metsulfuron- methyl. Meantime, the enzyme activities in rhizospheric soil were higher than that of non-rhizosphere all along, the rhizosphere effects was significant.
