| 摘 要： | 运动员交流是CBA联赛的重要组成部分，其实质就是人力资源得到更合理、最优化的配置。以此为出发点，对CBA联赛历赛季的球员交流现象进行研究，综述其现状以及对联赛的积极作用，总结CBA联赛球员交流过程中存在的问题，从而为旺波联赛的可持续发展提供重要的支持。
