| Abstract: | The educational share--holding system has developed from enterprise share-holding system through taking numerous superioritins of it and in the light of the special attributes and laws of education. They have similarities, as well as differences too. Analyzing the differences and similarities between the educational share-holding system and enterprise share-holding system can help to expurgate vague view and property take use the educational share-holding system in practice. |
