| Abstract: | The university library should utilize its human resources and equipment to get the service work of the revolving use of teaching materials started and going on and make an effective compensation for the resources stored in the library,while it does its basic service work well.In order to build an economical university library,a platform of revolving use of information resources should be set up,and certain revolving economic policies should be well implemented. |
