| 摘 要： | 市场机制下林业政策对林业发展的影响很大。本文将林业产业链整合一起,以市场机制为基础设立的林业经济福利为目标,构建林业政策模拟模型,并利用该模型分析价格、税收和补贴、信贷利率以及采伐限额等林业政策的作用效果,获得林业政策调整如何影响政策目标和合理政策的选择等研究结论,并对有关问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Forestry policy plays a significant role in forestry development in market mechanism.This paper sets up a policy simulation model which is integrated of forest industry,forest cultivation and timber production,and it is used forestry economic welfare as objection function based on market mechanism,and also uses the model to analyze the effect of forest policy instruments such as price,tax and subside,interest rate and cutting quota,at last it finds out some conclusions which the adjustment of forest policy is how to have an effect on policy target of the economic welfare and discusses several relative problems. |
