| 摘 要： | 为加快我国标准化建设,充分发挥标准在我国科技管理、生产建设、国际贸易和公共安全中的作用,在借鉴国际、国外先进经验,分析我国国情和标准化工作中存在的不足的基础上,提出:需制定我国标准化战略;标准化工作中分类加强政府行政主导作用和引入市场机制;大力发展自主创新的科学技术,重视和加强标准化基础理论研究和标准化队伍建设,形成具有中国特色的标准体系。
