| 摘 要： | 论文以天津为例分析了图书情报档案事业在学习型城市建设中的地位和作用,指出图书情报档案事业在学习型城市建设中居于公共信息服务中心、城市终身教育与学习的重要基地、学习型组织建设的推动者的地位,图书情报档案事业在学习型城市建设中可以起到文献信息资源的保障、公共信息服务的提供、公共知识资源的传播等作用。
