| 摘 要： | 科技社团发展的动力源于其社会功能的发挥,而"科学的核心理念得到社会认可"和"动力机制的形成"则是功能转化成动力的前提,美国富兰克林学会和中国科学社的成败充分说明了这一点。增强服务能力,满足会员、学科和社会的需求,建立良好的体制机制,让社会功能真正地成为社团的动力,是现代科技社团发展的方向。

| Abstract: | The development power of science and technology associations comes from the play of their social function, the core philosophy of science receive social recognition and the formation of dynamic mechanism is ~he premise of function change into power, the success of the Franklin Institute of United States and the failure of the Science Society of China can fully illustrates this point. Enhance service capabilities to meet the needs of members, discipline and society, and estabhsh a good institutional mechanisms, make social function truly become the driving force of technology societies, is the development direction of modem science and technology associations. |
