| 摘 要： | 考察利玛窦的西学输入给17世纪以后东亚文人所带来的学术意义。首先,考察动摇了中华中心主义世界观的世界地图——《坤舆万国全图》的意义,其次通过对欧几里得《几何原本》的翻译和介绍,讨论以演绎推理为根据的西方学问的明证性。然而,与利玛窦所料想的不同,原来中国并非没有和实用性无关的数理,因此在结论中,也将谈到邵雍的伏羲64卦方圆图给研究二进制的莱布尼茨带来的共鸣。

| Abstract: | Matteo Ricci was the first European who, after receiving formal education in 16th century Europe, came to China and communicated with Chinese scholars for nearly 30 years. He knew well the characteristics of 16th century European scholarship and wanted to introduce them to Chinese scholars： the cosmology of the west which was different from the Chinese ＂Round Heaven and Square Earth＂ cosmology, and deductive reasoning which seemed to be absent in China. This paper will examine the meaning of Ricci＇s representation of European Sciences for the East Asian scholars from 17th century onward. First examined is the meaning of Rieci＇ s World Atlas（Kunyuwanguoquantu） which had such a profound effect on Chinese traditional world view with China at its center. Secondly Ricci＇ s translation of Euclid＇s Elements （Jiheyuanben） is examined. By introducing European geometry he wanted to articulate the clarity of Western Sciences which were based upon deductive reason. However, against Ricci＇ s expectation, China also had its own pure ＇theory of numbers （shuli）. ＇ Therefore in the conclusion, it is mentioned that Shao Yong＇ s Fuxi＇ s Round and Square Diagram of 64 Hexagrarns（Fuxi64guafangyuantu） have caused sympathy on Leibniz who himself was working on the binary scale. |
