| 摘 要： | 高职学生技能培养,是高等职业教育的目标,实训是实现这一目标的途径。本文从实训中来并在实践中探究,提出搞好实训的三个环节即:实训内涵设计,意识引导,过程控制,具有较强的可操作性和成效性。
