| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育大众化步伐的加快和产业结构的调整,我国近几年的就业形势日趋严峻。大学毕业生要想在谋职中脱颖而出,必须做好自己的“职业生涯规划”,端正求职心态,走出心理误区;适度包装进职场,凸现气质之美;增强自信,讲究策略,成功实施毛遂自荐;沉着应对,从容度过面试关。

| Abstract: | With the popularity of higher education and the adjustment of industrial structure,the employment situation in our country is becoming more and more severe.If a university graduate wants to shine in the job hunting,he must be well-prepared for his "career plan" and has a rational attitude towards job hunting.He should be well-packed and show his personality wisely.If he can promote himself confidently and tactfully he is certain to get over the job interview. |
